Paperwork is now all electronic. You will be signed up as soon as you complete the next two steps. 

Step One:

Complete the Online Subscription Form:

You can use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to fill in this online form. Just click the "Form Link" words below and when it opens up, please click "Download" to fill in the form. When you are finished, click the Submit button to return your data to B.E.E..

If we do not receive both items, then you will be contacted at the email address provided to complete your subscription.

Proceed to Step 2 for electronic payment.

 

Step Two:

Please click the Paypal button below to complete your subscription.

Costs:

The fees for joining B.E.E. are renewable on an  annual basis from the time of first submission. If you pay online, please remember to fill in your form.

A small additional fee will be charged either in cash ‘at the door’ or pre-paid online for subscribers, estimated @ $5.00 per person, with a maximum of $20.00 per family.  For those attending who are non-subscribers or using charter school funds, the fees will be higher, estimated @ $10.00 per show, $40.00 per family.

After you have paid for your family subscription, go to the Current Event page, and click the Register link. This registration process will capture your information and allow you to pay for the individual event thru PayPal as a separate transaction. 

 

While supplies last, you will receive a "Thank You" gift for your subscription.  You will receive a discount card that when you activate online will open a portal of savings and discounts to you good for one year after activation.

Instructions For Subscribing by Mail:

You will need to follow 3 steps:

1. Download the above Subscription Form, and sign it in ink.
2. Either: Write a check to Bixby Educational Events, Inc. for the subscription fee, or pay online using the Add to Cart PayPal button (above)
3. Send the signed form, along with either: a check or a copy of your electronic receipt, to B.E.E. for processing at:

A B.E.E. subscription card will be sent to you upon receipt of the subscriber form and payment or proof of payment.  This card will be necessary to keep and show for all future events for the year, and in order to receive your subscriber discount if you pay cash 'at the door'. Announcements of future shows will be sent out via email to keep you informed, and you can always check back on the Web site for details on the Events pages.

 

B.E.E. agrees to keep all subscriber information confidential and private.  Subscriber information will not be sold.  Subscribers agree to hold harmless B.E.E., any employees and/or volunteers from any conduct or content which may be injurious, damaging or insulting to myself or others with me whether intentional or unintentional from the performers.
