Children's names and birth dates (this can be optional and a total number of children in the family given as well as only their ages.)  This information is collected to help in focusing an event towards the proper age-level.

As part of providing you with services, we may obtain information about you from the Membership Application, surveys, and other information that you provide to us, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, or email. 

The Way We Use The Information Provided:

We use the information you provide about yourself when you become a member of BEE. We do not share this information with outside parties. We may provide information about you to our service providers to help us perform marketing services and to focus an event to your family's ages.

Our Commitment To Data Security :

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on line. All membership forms will be shredded each year to protect any information given on the membership form.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.  Any pictures taken at events that include children will be for marketing purposes only. We will do our best to not use any full facial shots of any child without proper approval from the parent.
